Nothing. Mom will take care of it all by herself.

I normally put the mom in with the puppies at night in the beginning. Slowly her milk will start to dry up. If you just take her away she may develop mastitis.

Once the puppies have stopped feeding off her, her milk should dry up on its owns.

Just feed them a puppy chow, and don't let them nurse any more. and that's weaned not wing.
