i know all the health risks of just eating a certain food but i heard cottage cheese is a good way to lose weight and i need to lose all the weight i can in two weeks...anyone know how much u can lose limiting urself to three servings a day? or what u can do to lose more?

im not obese just found out that im goin to floridia in two weeks and want to lose all that i can...i gained 20 lbs in college and need it GONE!...i dont care if i gain it all back after i finish and then some i just want it gone for floridia!

AND im NOT looking to lose it all but i see diets for losing 10 lbs in 1 week so i dont see why 20 is soo hard

I know what you can do to lose even more... STOP EATING ALL TOGETHER!!! Trust me, in two weeks you'll almost be dead but you'll be HOT!!!

You seem desperate. Relax, eat in moderation, and do cardio.
anything done short term recklessly will result in the weight coming back and then some. You need to make life style changes that will last forever. There is no such thing as a Diet

i have never heard such a thing. cottage cheese has a lot of sodium so it would make you bloated - i dont see it working.

dude, just up the cardio, you can lose 4 or 5 pounds in two weeks but you aren't going to lose all that fat in 2 weeks... sorry
