Its like really killing me because im hurting people i love and im not meaning to. I have moments where i just start crying and i have no reason why. If it was just before or during your menstrual cycle, don't be concerned too much. A hormone imbalance can cause mood swings.

If it is just a temporary thing, it could definitely be due to the stress that you are experiencing.

If it happens all of the time, there is a possibility that you have a chemical imbalance in you brain. This can be corrected with medication, if you discuss it with your doctor.

your not in the mood for jokes
your making others miserable
and then you break down and cry..of guilt?

i would say your stressed out,
bad event just happened in your life?
maybe its something your bf did?
take a vacation, hangout with your family
relax

See bipolar disorder at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) on page 2; read the whole page and take the test, also stress on page 7. Visit your doctor and ask for a referral.
