"Bless you", if they speak English.

"Salud", if they speak Spanish, unless I know they're athiest & my friend, then I'd say "Jesus" just for kicks.

Why would I say anything differently if I'm the Christian? Wouldn't it be the athiest who'd not say it if I sneezed (and they were that cautious about their expressions)?

I don't normally say anything. They probably already know that they sneezed, they don't need my recognition.

I say "Bless you", I have said if for as long as I can remember, and I only became a Christian at 20. My parents are non-religious but they say it and taught us to.

Bless you or God bless you. It comes from the middle ages and has nothing to with people's belief.

"Bosom tight.."

We are all mammals after all..

Oh that's right, christians can't be mammals because they were made especially by god, and in his image no less..

We are all Mammalian chordates people, and a part of the animal kingdom, so deal with it..

I say "salude" which is what they say in Latin American countries. It's wishing the person good health, which makes a lot more sense anyway.

Gesundheit. I think its translation from German is "to your health," or "healthyness," if that were a word.
