How do i know if i'm in love?

Thought i was once before, but i'm just really curious. How will i know?

Well...here's what love is:

Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out.

When you are in love you want whats best for that person no matter what...with or without you in their life...often times love is confused with lust...here is an easy way to tell the difference:

If thinking about them or awaiting a date with them you feel anxious rather than happy...it is probably not love.

It's probably just an infatuation or attraction. There is usually a fine line between these things which make it hard for a person to decide if you really love the person.
You need to ask yourself, does his sadness make you unhappy? Do you want to make him happy and see him happy?
The start of every relationship makes a person excited, but it usually takes time for feelings to grow and mature into love. I personally don't believe in love at first sight. I think the first thing when you see a person and makes you like them is just attraction.
When you get to know him better, that's when you will know yourself if you really love him or not. Peace!!

There are some symptoms of this disease. They are as follows :

1. Carelessness in all sorts of urgent work;
2. Loss of appetite (virtual)
3. Sleeplessness
4. Impatience to attend to all (except a very few)
5. Excessive care about shaving, cleansing etc. etc.
6. Shifting songs in humming from one to another irrelevantly.
7. Getting abuses from traffic performers for carelessness.
etc. etc.

You know it when ur in love! If you are willing to spend the rest of your life with them they way they act then you are in love. Love isn't an easy word so don't use it unless you mean it.

if you are questioning yourself for this...then you are not in lov....cause when u r in lov you are confident and clear...and you know what you are doing...

whta you felt before was not lov too...it was "liking someone"...it slike liking an ice cream today....but after a few months you like chocolates...so jst chill....with your question i can gues su r not much of age...

lov is patient....so be patient...may be the other person is not in lov with you....so why waste time...lov shud be 2way to be successful...u cannot lov walls...
