Too much food, too many feedings. Also, unless the pup takes twenty minutes to eat (which he may, given he gets so much! :-) ), it may be a bit too long after eating to take him out. I usually take my pups outside almost immediately after they finish eating. Sometimes it might take them 10 minutes to decide to go, but usually no longer, often shorter.

Whatever the case, I'm happy to hear your pup is so loved and you have so much time to spend with him! I wish that ALL dogs had such a devoted owner.

That is way too much food for a puppy that young. I know a lot of people want the dog to grow and gain weight but rapid weight gain causes hardship on the joints and can cause pain and weakness. Try feeding him 1/2 cup twice a day until he gets to 30 lbs and then increase to 3/4 cup twice a day and then at 45 lbs increase to two cups once a day and then adjust to more as he grows. Once he reaches two years old you should be able to even his feedin out to one standard amount. The potty/walk schedule looks really good. Great job.

No. too much food, he is a little heavy for ten weeks, too much too often six cups is too much food. my full grown 120 lb rott eats that in one day - three times a day is fine, until they are about 3 months, then twice a day until one year. I recommend Eagle Pack for large breed dogs, check it out at www.eaglepack.com . You are overfeeding him, and can cause hip and growth problems. Do not try to grow him fast, it can really mess him up. try skimming back on the potty breaks, I would not feed after about 5 pm, still go out to potty, then you can get some sleep andwake up to a clean kennel.

All good except you might want to cut back on the feeding. She only needs to be fed 4 times per day then cut it down to 3, then once she's an adult, 2. I'd suggest cut out the 1:30pm feeding and change the 4:00pm feeding to 3:00pm feeding. Or, keep both of those and cut out the 10:30pm feeding. She doesn't need to be fed past 9:00pm.

You should probably cut back to at least 4 times a day. Rapid weight gain for the puppy can result in obesity. It's great that you are very attentive and concerned about your animal's care. Try cutting out the 10:30 pm.

first thing in the morning POTTY BREAK and then breakfast and only 3 times a day, feed the reccomend amount spread out 3 times a day, morning, noon, evening, and then potty break after breakfast, crate, play time, feeding, and on and on till potty trained then you can teach her to sleep in her crate with door open or on a bed or if you wish she can sleep on your bed, and the less and less she has accidents give her more playtime until eventually she won't need to spend time crated and she will enjoy going in and out of her crate freely

WOW that's going to be one healthy happy dog. sounds great except maybe you should go by the back of his food bag on feedings. You don't want to feed him to much! Keep up the good work!

it sounds like too much food ,but maybe if you take a little bit away it will be better that way it does not have to go potty so often.
