How do you rate your city on a scale of 0 to 10 ?

Ljubljana - the capital of Slovenia / Europe; I'd say it's a nice place to live ...the air you breath is clean, water we drink does not require chemical cleansing, there should be some adjustments made as far as city traffic is concerned, but things tend to get better, drugs are increasing problem amongst youngsters though...environments of the city as far as nature is concerned is just great, I love it ! I give it 8 out of 10 points...

Orlando, Florida On the plus side, it's the vacation capital of the world, unemployment rate is low, lots of theme parks, close to beaches, usually great weather. Negative side, high crime rate, expensive to live here, lightning capital of the world, hurricanes. Been here 18 years and I still love it! I'll give it a 9 1/2.
