yes eating yoplait helps, it depends how much you eat it. it also depends on how much else you eat other foods. before i was like that but only a little tummy, but i started on a "druit diet" all i ate was fruits and dairy. for example in the morning what i ate for breakfast was milk, yogart, and an apple. then during the afternoon i ate mixed fruit, then when im hungry at night i eat more fruits for snacks. this is what i did to loose 15 pounds. Great right, well for me. i did this routine for 2 weeks just eat as much fruits as you can and do a couple sit ups and maybe run/walk around the block..

Well simply eating little fat won't necessarily help you lose fat. It is mainly the carbohydrates, and especially simple carbs (sugars), that get converted into fat if they are not used up. So as far as diet goes, I would eliminate as much sugar as possible from my diet. For example, drink water rather than pop, dump the chocolate, cake, cookies, etc. These raise your blood sugar level quickly, which raises your blood insulin level, which causes fat to be deposited.
At the same time, a routine of cardiovascular exercise will help you burn the calories that you take in. If you starve yourself and then binge-eat occasionally your body will go into survival mode and store as much fat as it can. So the key is to eat confortably but in a discerning way, and get into an exercise routine like walking, jogging, climbing stairs, jumping on a trampoline, aerobics, etc.
It may be also useful to know that the belly fat will be the last fat to go. You can't really target the fat in one area only; your body stores it progressively where it's more convenient. First on the belly, then on the arms and legs. When you take it off if first comes off the arms and legs, then the belly.

yoplait is just a nice snack and has nothing to do with your weight.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.
You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!
