Wait a second. You are all assuming that the 40 year old man is dating someone UNDER the age of 18. My father married my stepmother when he was 43, and she was 18. They've lived together extremely happy as husband and wife for nearly 30 years. My father was married to my mother for 8 years, and they were roughly the same age. Love doesn't have an age limit, provided that it is within legal boundaries. The only time age should matter is when you are buying wine, buying scotch, or buying a pet. Other than that, it's irrelevant. Your heart isn't concerned with age when you fall in love. The brain shouldn't be either.

Two words... "Statutory Rape" ... a 40 year old man dating a teenager (13, 14, 15, 16, 17) is illegal... 18 or 19? Whatever, if the girl is ok with it...

This is a large age difference. Exceptions happen where a young girl and an older guy will just 'click', but if a guy in his 40's dates teenagers exclusively, he may "have issues".

Yes on so many levels. There should be nothing in common there mentally, he should be thinking about the time he has left, she (or in this present world, he) should be thinking about starting his/her life. His brain/body is on the down slope, the teenager's brain/body still has not fully developed yet. 40 yr old men have established themselves socially, teens don't know who they are... need I go on.
Besides, that's just sick.

There is no clear cut no for this question. There is nothing wrong in dating with teenagers if the girl likes and after the age of 18 or so both are human animals and they can have sex . There is nothign wrong. It is individual's choice to date with whom. we can not dictate who should date with whom.

There are allot of problems with those men. They have A need to dominate and they feel that is the best non-violent way to do so. There are plenty other things wrong with them, but you need A professional to go down that list.

Im my opinion I think that is not good.Because when he dies at the age of 80.His wife is left all alone when she's 55.THat is an old age, and apparently everybodys taken. It will be hard for her to find another man.He can even be the age of her father. He can be the age of their kids grandfather too!

Yes. Period.
Its probably a mid life crisis thing, he wants to feel younger by dating younger girls but it is just weird and can emotionally hurt and traumatize everyone involved, especially the teenager.

Yes, and it means serious trouble. God knows, I'm grateful to have never been in that kind of scenario. You should avoid it, too. I could tell you something more, but you might get the wrong impression of me.

Hell Yes!
Ever seen the TV show by Dateline called "How to catch a predator"
Depending on their age, it is against the law !!!
If you or you know of someone doing this you need to report it ASAP to any person in authority ie. The Police.
