I want to lose some weight. Mostly in the Butt, Thighs, and Stomach. I would really like to become little smaller so then I can fit into my old clothes. Probably the reason I am gaining weight is because the cookies I eat. So instead of cookies I go to get gum. But it doesn't work. Then I though of say EVERY DAY IN EVERY WAY I'M GETTING RID OF JUNK FOOD. It's not working, and I'm not really fat or really skinny. Can anyone help me with this stupied problem? Oh and I would like to lose about 20 pounds or even a bit more. Thanks.
