They won't lose the weight for you but they can help. I'm sure that you know in order to lose weight you need to reduce calories and exercise. Going from eating 1800 calories a day to 1200 calories a day, for example, is not going to be fun. An appetite suppressant, such as hoodia, can help make that adjustment a little bit easier.
Look at the labels, if there are lots of warnings and frightening side effects, then I'd avoid it. Also, always start out at the minimum dosage to make sure you don't have an adverse reaction. Above all, get a diet and exercise plan together before you even think about taking a pill. They are not magic, and they will not do ANYTHING for you unless you really work for it.

Check your facts. Try going to weight loss forums. Read each pills particular "drug info" to find your best option.
With the proper pills, lots of H2O, a minimized diet and a lil' exercise... you will reap the benefits. I lost a total of 10 pounds over 3 1/2 weeks following this regimen. Of course I am NOT a doctor, but can relate 1st hand. Especially with the exercise, you will begin to shed the old lbs.
PS - Multivitamins and water are your bff :)

I am no longer a Doctor however I do recognize there is not any reliable rapid repair for a difficulty that constructed through the years. Sure you would take nutrition tablets to reduce your urge for food, however no longer consuming is simply as unsafe as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle medication is not anything extra the a cutting-edge day variation of what was once referred to as snake oil which was once bought out of the again of a included wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it commonly is."

Just as long as you follow the recommended exercise program that comes with them. The little pamphlets daily exercise plan for you, of course, will assure you of losing fat, and you can be assured the pills will work on relieving the weight in your wallet.

Yes they work, I would recommend going to a supplement store and getting a legal fat burner to start off with, take the minimal dose and see how it makes you feel. I recommend JetFuel by German American Tech.

No, they don't. I've tried hoodia, the pill that Nicole Richie is taking, and they don't work at all.
