Life is very precious. If you have almost lost it, had to fight for it, or gave birth, you would know that it is the most fragile of gifts. No one ever does anything worthy of death, and certainly never ever ever because they posted some comment you didn't like. It's not even a joke. I realize you were attempting to be light hearted, perhaps teasing about the trolls on here, and some of the silly questions, but let me tell you that as an Army nurse in Nam, helping young men fight to breathe, to live, to get up and go home to their loved ones, you build an intolerance to anyone who treats life carelessly. Too many people are dying for stupid reasons. When did it become all right for someone to kill another because he didn't like what he said, how he looked, or how he acts? Would you want someone threatening you for your opinions? Wouldn't you agree it's a stupid reason to die?

Because it is... any thinking person can tell you that taking another life is barbaric and wrong. Life is precious, regardless of religious beliefs. It's a marvelous process that results in a person that is loved by someone and to deprive the world and the loved ones of that life is one of the most awful crimes known to man.

The short answer is, it isn't wrong. We kill animals and plants everyday to survive and when the Government decides it is OK, or even mandatory, to kill people we kill people. Right and wrong are subjective concepts which can be, and are, manipulated, to suit the occasion.

Killing is wrong because you are taking that person's life and every human being has the right to live.

It is one of the Ten Commandments. If you kill you will go to prison but if you just tell a lie you will go to Hell. If I go befor the judge and he says "You are going to prison". I would say "No" becouse I got some one to pay my fine. I am not saying that I did not do it. No, I am saying that I am sorry and trun from my sin and trust in God's Savor (Jesus).

Killing is wrong unless it is in retaliation for a stupid yahoo answer or question, in which case most of us would probably be already dead.

Well...I wouldn't want someone to kill me so I try not to do that to others...but....if I had a child and someone molested or killed said child then I would seriously reconsider that train of thought....
