I have a big head and it is not proportional to my shoulders. I plan to lift weights and gain more mass on my shoulders to make it look bulkier. Instead of protein shakes (we do not have such in my country), I plan to eat the white of boiled eggs as my protein source.

eggs are the best source of protein, however, i would limit it to no more than 2 yolks per day due to the cholesterol content. just take them out and eat only the egg whites.

aside from that, your best protein choices would be chicken, fish, and lean meats from wild animals. there is also low-fat dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

egg whites you can eat as much as you want, yolks - only 5 a week.
you can always order protein powders on the net because they are highly concentrated and will save you money (and they wont make you sick)
