I used to get rotocaps in the UK. I see they are no longer available there. I have been in the US for 15 years and about 10 years ago the Pharmacies here started telling me they could not get the rotocaps. I started using an inhaler which uses a propellant. Now those are being banned. They were never as good as the rotocaps anyway.

Thank you

The CFC inhalers are being banned, not the HFA ones.

As a 23 year old with life long asthma, I can tell you that there is really nothing you can do shy of some kind of sedation. Asthma medications are stimulants, plain and simple. Unless you REALLY over did it, I wouldn't worry about it. I once took 10 shots of albuterol and, as it should have happened, my heart rate and BP went up. The shaking is basically from your body releasing adrenaline. Since it's been 2 hours since you took it, I'm willing to bet you probably feel just fine now, except for possibly being really tired from the crash you have likely already had or will have shortly. You should be just fine.
