In the eyes of the law, do members of the Church of Satan have the same right to follow their religion as Christians or Jews? I'm not talking about people who wear black robes and sacrifice virgins on an altar, I mean the one started by Anton LaVey.

Yes, it is legal and they have the same basic, guaranteed constitutional rights. They even havce their own chaplains in the armed services, I heard.

Yes it is. Even though we worship no deity, we are still a legally recognized religion.

EDIT: I'm not sure about the UK recognized religions. I did a search for legally recognized religions in the UK and came up empty handed. Sorry.
Try The Church of Satan website. Their may be some info there.

i think of you're going approximately this the incorrect way. you do no longer ought to have faith of their faith, yet considering which you're nevertheless living of their homestead and your mom and dad extra beneficial than probable purchase your foodstuff, outfits, toothpaste, and so on., you nevertheless ought to do what they say for the main section. Wait until you're 18 after which you're able to do regardless of you want. the clothing you place on isn't as much as a spiritual situation because it is your parent's regulations. They pay on your outfits, why could they pay for garments they do no longer approve of you donning? in case you relatively need your mom and dad to make it easier to do what you want, you should coach them you want to be extra like an grownup rather of basically complaining like a typical teen. try flippantly explaining on your mom and dad what you want your new standards to be and why you want them to be that way. are not getting offended and yell or cry, basically stay calm whether they do no longer see issues your way. it is not sure to artwork, yet they might enable some issues slide in the event that they think of you're no longer in basic terms being an out of control daughter. 15 years previous is exceedingly youthful for a bikini via the way, i'm particular you will thank them approximately that later down the line.

I do not think he needs to have a church. The authority on earth have been given to him and he can give those authorities to anyone who will worship him. Anton Lavey is just one of his disciples in New York. The church of Satan can be just a ploy to really hide where he is based.
His biggest allies are in Las Vegas, Reno and Atlantic city.
His protectors are in Colombia, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Where he really reside is in the Vatican.

Religions are meant to lead towards path of God as such it should be something other than religion;as what believers follow is supposed to be revealetion from God whereas those who are atheists or followers of satanic verses do not claim to be following any reveleation from God.
