I have a MMA fight at the end of next month, and I was thinking I would take some supplements while I train. But there is a million different ones to choose from, I dont need to loose that much weight. Im at 165, and my fight is at 155, but I still have some fat to loose. I want something to increase my performance and cut some fat too. Thanks a lot!!!!

cut out any foods that have sugar added to them.

fruits and vegetables have natural sugar and fiber so they are OK

if you eat only fruits, vegetables, rice, and beans for the next six weeks, but no added sugars or fats you will lose fat and maintain strength

NO-Xplode... gives you an edge in the gym (don't take the protein recommened with it). it's an energy booster drink you mix yourself but also eat well balanced meals.
i've been taking it for 2 years now... love it! great results.

you could try clenbuterol if you are that serious about bodybuilding - its a cutter. you can get if from sell.com or some other sites - its pretty expencive and illegal in the usa, but you can get it.
