Hey guys. Last summer I completely let go of my self. I gained a little weight and sat around all day babysitting kids. IT SUCKED. This summer I want to put my time to use. I was thinking that I also need to be real healthy for next year because it's my first year of highschool. I was thinking that I should run the treadmill I soon as i wake up and eat a healthy breakfast. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables mostly with some meat in my diet. Also i would I think I would probably need to do some situps and run the treadmill every night also.
