I've heard that interval training melts weight quickly. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this type of cardio? How much did you lose and how quickly did you see results? I've been on a weight loss program for the last 2 months and have lost 20 pounds. I would like to kick up the weight loss and am interested in possibly trying interval training. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
