I can't lose a damn pound no matter what I do. I've eaten a healthy 1500 cal diet (and im short and 120 so i shouldnt eat any more) I exercise 3-4 times a week and have made my life generally more active. I eat LOTSA fruits, then veggies, nuts, meats, fish etc. I can;t see why Im not losing weight. I am building muscle but it is underneath my fat (which makes me look even BIGGER).

Please help!!! I thot it was as simple as 3500 calories deficit..but its not working :(

to see results you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min(ideally 45min) and combine it with LIGHT weight training so you wouldnt lose any muscle (more muscle=faster meatbolism)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. - i think you might need to eat a little less but im not sure - just check it out.

sounds like your building muscle and it weighs more than fat
if you exercize..say justwalking 30 mins a day..or 1 hour a day then you should loose weight..and walkign as in normal pace without stopping..continuos...... and sounds like your eating alot of protein..nuts ..meat etc...also in the beginning of eating healthy a person always feels differant but give this time..your body isnt use to the good food and healthy food ..its use to a variety and some of the food was classified as JUNK food...your body will kick in soon when its adjusted to the healthy foods and youll see a big differance and feel it too.
