why are you looking for a 7 month old female they shouldn't be bred until their second heat or about 1 year old.
You need to make sure both dogs are tested for that specific breed hereditary prolems.

Dogs don't need girlfriends or boyfriends. Get a dog from the local animal shelter, only once she is spayed.
