I agree with what was said about hunger being mistaken for dehydration. Many Americans are chronically dehydrated and the human body can mistake this as hunger....yet in reality, the body needs water.
As far as the recommendation to drink while eating, this may make you feel full, however it will do absolutely nothing for your health. Drinking while eating will dilute the natural digestive enzymes in your body. without these enzymes working, you will not get the full nutritional value of the food, and then can have rotting food just sitting in your intestines since it was not digested properly. This will lead to acid in your system. You want to wait about 20 minutes after eating before drinking water again, that way the enzymes have a chance to digest the food properly.
Many people who are addicted to acidic foods have a lot of cravings for acidic foods. Consider incoporating a more "alkaline" diet and drinking a green drink to control cravings. By alkalizing your body, your body will reduce the cravings for bad foods and increase the cravings for good (alkaline) foods.

u eat 5 times a day? if not, you should start eating 5 small portions in a day. you wont have any need to crave later on. lolz
3 main meals would be breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat enough carbs and meat and more vege. between breakfast and lunch, try to eat fruits or if u feel like munching, eat peanuts. not the deep fried ones. Try to choose those that is not cooked with oil. or u can have raisins. eat enough. and have ur lunch. and between lunch and dinner.. do the same thing.. maybe this time go for other fruits or something light like 1/2 pcs of high fibre cookies. =) and drink lots of water

eat slower, and when you sit down to eat, take your time and dont focus on anything except eating. when your finished eating, take a breather to let your food digest. if your still hungry, have a little more of what your having, or if its later, eat an apple or some other kind of fruit or vegtable thats healthy. you can eat tons of those without affecting your weight and it will fill you up. also make sure you drink with your food. its all about self control, so get your head int he right place and youll be fine :)

drink lots of water or juice, and you good try some kind of pills to help the cravings, but most the time its cause your thirsty but your body thinks your hungry. Maybe chew come gum.

You have what sounds like polyphagia, if I understand your question correctly. Do you also drink a lot of fluids and pee a lot? I suggest you ask your doctor to check your blood sugar --- but, there could be other causes.

Drink lots of water or juice. lots of times your body will tell you it's hungry but it's dehydrated. Avoid too many sodas too
