Yes it should work very good but try to stay away from the kettle corn and stir fry. The stir fry b/c it can have a lot of grease and kettle corn b/c its high in fat. A thing you can eat instead is a jelly sandwich no PB for your meal and regular popcorn, no butter maybe a little salt, for your snack.

no you wont - its too little calories. to lose fat you have to eat enough and exercise so your body would be comfortable with losing fat otherwise (your plan) you are gona lose only water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

What do you eat on Day 2?
This is okay for the first day, but you need a follow-up of 5 to 7 different menus that you can mix and match to make sure you are getting enough nutrition and keeping yourself strong as you lose weight.
Otherwise, you will be a thin but extremely sick person.

Yeah! Though I would recommend to add more variety of foods so that you don't have to take the exact same thing over and over again (it's so you don't get bored or tired of eating the same thing again and again) Hey you should also exercise while doing this plan of yours. Just be sure to stay safe and healthy, don't overdo things ok? Good luck!

Great. The pro-ana bandwagon kills another.
That is absolutely not enough food for you to be healthy. If you want to lose some weight, go to your doctor and ask for some advice on doing it the healthy way.

yes actually this sounds like a good plan to me. its healthy but make sure you don't cut down too much on food and vary fruits and veggies. if you excersize alot make sure you are eating more than your burning.
