You can donate skin for skin grafting but skin taken out from another person usually has high rejection rate thus patient's own skin from other site of his/her body is more preferrable. Being an O+ve does not matter to be a donor but having a low blood count is a bit an issue for you to be a donor that needs few investigations for now.
Another important issue is that you may possibly be a living donor in exceptional circcumstances, let's say a recepient highly in need is found and is willing to shoulder the cost of the expenses.
You see, the cost of the procedure for get your skin would be very expensive and the amount of skin they could get is is not reasonable for the price. For such reason they would prefer to have skin from a dead person. So to say, your best option would be having a will of donating your skin after your death.

Fire does not differentiate between blood types. People with every blood type get burned and if an O+ person gets burned they may need your skin.
Problem it is usually a donation made after the death of a patient. My Father just died with diabetes, heart disease and respiratory problems they took both long bones and skin as donations.

No they usually do that on corpses if they an organ donor, or they have family permission. They wouldn't take your skin, sorry! I have the same problem of not being able to donate blood because I am diabetic. But the thought really counts on this one! Thank you for trying anyway, and you can always becaome an organ donor if you want to donate your skin after you pass.

Not while you are alive, but you can once you are deceased. Skin grafts taken from the burn victim's body (called an allograft) are the only means of covering the wound. Frequently, homografts (skin from a cadaver) are used as a biological dressing.
