Who do you suppose these emergency internment facilities, contracted to Haliburton, are for? Has anyone seen these? See article on michaelsavage.com written by Jerome Corsi of world net daily. Oh, also check out what those peace loving islamists did to our soldiers on that site.

Last week, WND reported President Bush had signed May 9 a little-reported National Security and Homeland Security Directive (NSPD-51 and NSPD-20) that granted extraordinary powers to the president in the event of a declared national emergency, apparently without congressional approval or oversight.

NSPD-51/HSPD-20, published on the White House website, rescinds Presidential Decision Directive 67 signed by Bill Clinton Oct. 21, 1998, and establishes a new White House office of the National Continuity Coordinator, a position now occupied by Frances Fragos Townsend, the assistant to the president for Homeland Security and Terrorism.

The new directive concentrates an unprecedented amount of emergency authority in the office of the president, specifying that the president now has the authority to direct "National Essential Functions" of all federal state, local, territorial and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations in the event of a national emergency.

The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."

Very nice. Concentration camps for US citizens. If anyone believes these are for illegals, please see a shrink!

Why else would he give himself all that power with NO congressional oversight.

The more I learn about Bush, the sicker I think he is!

He needs to be removed BEFORE we lose this country!

And as far as that picture, why don't you have a look and see what we have been doing to CIVILIANS!

These types of internment camps have been used before in America. The Indians were placed in such facilities at times, and reservations have been the same type of thing in the past as well. In addition, the Japanese-Americans were thrown into internment camps by two liberal icons--FDR and Earl Warren.

I've read that they're for illegals as well as American citizens. Remember the politically correct term of FEMA Detention Centers. There's over 600 countrywide. Just google search to see where they are. I'm not going without a fight.

The camps are for prisoners. There is no room for them at Guantanamo. Those weren't peace loving Islamists. There is a war going on and if you watch or listen to the BBC or CBC you will get a different view of the war. Remember that atrocities happen on both sides, our military usually try to cover up our atrocities, and the only time we hear about it is when a journalist gets wind of it and starts to ask questions.
