Skipping breakfast is fine, but try to eat a little for lunch, enough to just fill you up. Eat a small snack but not so much at dinner and try not to eat between meals or about three hours before you go to bed. Also try to stay away from the peanut butter eat jelly instead. It's best to watch labels. You want to eat things with little or no fat, the less the better(I would try to eat less than 15-20 grams of fat per meal which is very hard to find a whole meal that low but very rewarding). Exercise either daily or at least three times a week by either running, jogging, lifting, or even one of those stupid videos. You need lots of will power. Non permanent weight loss can be achieved by fasting, check out the lemoade diet aka the master clense. Again, not a permanent solution.

If you have will power, and like protein foods, atkins really works, we have a friend that was 350 lbs and is now 153 lbs. He's living proof.

there is no fast way to lose weight - its hard and long process.
be realistic - its not like you gained all the that weight in days/weeks...

diet pills n a lot of excecises it work 4 my ex it might work 4 u too, try it.
