push up, pull ups, 8 count bodybuilders, plyometrics, sprints and some other forms of cardio will do the trick. focus on the diet and on eating like an athlete and you will never have any problems gaining muscle mass or losing body fat

For Sure Do IT..... People will notice in two weeks and you be very happy. Its all about the diet though..veggies fruit chicken rice and fish
