I am 21 and had my baby a year ago and still haven't lost any weight. I heard about a diet that beyonce did and it was an all liquid diet with lemon juice,cayenne pepper,100% maple syrup , and water and it helped her lose 20 pounds in 2weeks and also a friend of mine tried it and it worked for her. Do you think this diet is unsafe?

of course its not safe - did you hear also that Beyonce started gaining as soon as she started eating???
if you lose more than 1-2lbs a week you are not losing fat - all you lose is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and when start eating normal again gain back more than lost and end up having higher body fat percentage.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Please don't do this. Like the answer before you have to have some carbs or your body won't function. Try a diet higher in lean foods and veggies. Drinking water helps hold off hunger, and eating cayenne increases metabolism but other than that this is a fad diet, try something else.

you should always eat carbohydrates of somesort in your diet. because if you don't eat carbs...then suddenly eat alot of carbs you will gain weight so you should always eat some sort of carbs
