It feels like my stomach has stopped digesting the food. Like, I'll eat something in the morning,1 small cup of coffee and a small danish, but then lunch time I'll still feel full, so i usually skip lunch. Once I get home, usually at 6-7pm i may eat something else and then my belly looks like i ate a ton of food and I feel like it too. I've been taking a digestive enzymne that seems to help a little but I'm still trying to figure out why? I'm not a big person as I am 6'1 about 185, thin build but my belly is bulging and I'd like to get rid of eat

You should never skip a meal. Always eat something for lunch even tho is some carrots and celery. Your body is trying to store up fat even tho you feel full.

Consult with your doctor. You could have a health problem you don't know about. You could also have an intolerance to certain foods.
First, have you considered a wheat intolerance? Try a fruit, veggie, or egg breakfast, and see if it makes a difference.Skip all wheat products for several days.Then wait a total of seven days before you try another.
Second, how about lactose intolerance? Skip all milk/dairy products for a few days, then wait a total of seven days before you try any other possibility.
Keep trying, and look up 'food intolerance'.

balance ur diet n exercising.do a little sit-ups each day.it'll help ur stomach from bulging.
