I'd be surprised, taken off guard, and sort of embarassed. I'd wonder if she knew that I like her and, if so, how she found out. I'd wonder if this kiss was because she liked me or because she was wanting to see my reaction. Part of me would want to fully enjoy the kiss, but another part would be taken off guard by her boldness.
