My daughter's mother dopes the same thing. She claims to pay for everything even though the income she has is all mooched from the state or paid by me in child support and insurance. My daughter thinks the only thing I pay for is the time we get to spend together. Since she is so young and I don't want to involve her in this mess, I just don't tell her any different. There are some weeks her mother gets more than I do out of my paycheck. Perhaps the same thing is happening to your dad.

Sweetie it dose not matter, how much support your Mom is getting, Or how much your Daddy fills He already gives, He,s your Dad and Shes your Mom and they both should want to do for you if it is in their power to be able to, no matter what is given, because it will come back to them from the Lord if they do..So that part of it is irreverent to your Question...Call your Dad and ask Him this question your self...Don't put distance between your parents and your self, Ask your Dad what it is you want to know. And tell Him how you fill. and get your own answer, God bless

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT ? ? ? Because your father pays child support to your mother, and your mother manages the money at her will......if you go to summer camp, doesn't mean that your father must pay x-tra money.( he may give you some $$$ for that) because for that time you are not at home, right? therefore, for that time, money goes to summer camp..... your mom has the money, and she wrongly considers that she pays for everything..........and I believe the idea comes from your mother. Right? ...So she doesn't pay by herself at all. it will take many years for you to understand what games are being played. till than, take care of yourself....when parents divorce, kids get caught between parents feud.

Maybe your dad is already paying your mother some obscene amount of child support? He figures he already gives her enough to cover it?
