Can I have some advice on my diet: (15 yrs, 6'0, 165-70)
I usually am not hungry in the morning so I skip breakfast, and occasionally skip lunch. When I do eat lunch, it's just a peanut butter sandwich and diet soda. Then I might have a light snack when I get home (apple, gogurt, icepop). Then I eat a lot during dinner. During the day I also make sure to eat a lot. Also, I try to run 20-30 minutes. Will I lose weight on this? I would really only like answers from people that know what they're talking about, or with experience.

I may not have professional experience but I do know dieting. Who doesn't. Well first of all your food choices aren't as healthy as they may appear, such as gogurt--which is a heavily sugared yogurt if I remember correctly, should be substituded with a low fat yogurt that contains little or no sugar or even sweetened alternatively. I'm 18 and I know how parental relationships can be but I do suggest you might speak with them about healthy eating options so they can direct you in the way of nutritional food that can aid you in your goal. I myself used a program which supplied me with a healthy eating guide of what to eat and how it helps. Exercise is key to being healthy and losing weight but is altogether not enough. My only suggestion is to talk to a family doctor, a parent, or one of the many programs available for healthy and safe dieters. Binging will not make up for skipping meals, just make if more difficult for you to lose weight. Good luck, I hope I was of some help. :)

Skipping breakfast is fine, but try to eat a little for lunch, enough to just barely fill you up. Eat your snack but not so much at dinner and try not to eat between meals or about three hours before you go to bed. Also try to stay away from the peanut butter eat jelly instead. It's best to watch labels. You want to eat things with little or no fat, the less the better. Your exercise is fine. Happy dieting and if you have anymore questions please e-mail me.(By the way i lost 50 pounds doing this in about a month; 40 in about 2-3 weeks)

very unlikely.
breakfast is the way to let your body know its time to wake up and start burning calories.
eating small meals every 2-3 hours optimizes your metabolism - your body gets calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves which happens when you eat big meals especially at night.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

This is not the optimal way to loose weight, you should be eating smaller meals more frequently. Be sure to eat plenty of protein and exercise regularly (with weights, not just cardio). You should be getting about 40% of your calories from protein (lean red meat, chicken, fish), 40% from carbs (whole grains and vegetables) and 20% from healthy fats (almonds, natural peanut butter).
