Do the original thing, a candle light dinner at home. Just you and her with beautiful rose(s) on the table with all the lights out, besides the ones on the table with the rose(s). Think about it, it's cheap, it's romantic, and it's the thought that counts.

Blind fold her and take her to an ocean, lake, creek, whatever is closest to you. Get in the canoe and have fishing poles, candles, a tablecloth and food in the canoe. Row out away from shore and set up a little table setting. Cast your fishing lines. Then have a friend snorkel out to you guys so she doesnt see, and have him or her attach a bottle of sparkling cider (or wine depending on how old you are) to the line and reel it in. Super cute! Good luck!
