just more exercise that is how you will burn more calories

there is a carbonated green tea called enviga that if you drink 3 (breakfast lunch and dinner) you can loose 60-100 calories
the 3 total to be 15 calories. I dont know if that speeds up metabolism but its a way to loose calories

no specific food or drink is gona make it faster.
eating small meals every 2-3 hours gives body enough energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
also more muscle=faster metabolism

Running. Don't walk, but you can. Running is to increase metabolism and decreasing weight. Walking is decreasing weight only~

u need to exercise . anything whether it be walking or swimming to weights. trust me . In 6 weeks I lost 14 lbs with exercise.

no you just have to diet and do aerobic excersise, such as dancing running swimming etc good luck!
