I am almost 30 and am considering it. I am very small up top and more curvaceous on the bottom. I would like to be more proportioned and fill out tops and dresses better. I don't want anything drastic, just a little bit more.

If it looks natural and not too over the top, then go for it. It is your body and you can do as you please with it, but know this-- with breast implants, you must see a doctor ever 2 years in order to ensure they do not leak and replace them every 10 years because there is a horrible risk of something going wrong after that amount of time, so unless you get them taken out, you'll always be in surgery for the price of what the ideal bust is. I think that you should only get a breast implant if you've had a masectomy [I cannot remember how to spell it] or if you have uneven breasts from when you were an adolescent.

I am a mammographer and I have felt/touched hundreds of breasts with implants. I don't like them at all. The majority are hard to the touch and are not pleasing to the eye. About half of my implant patients regret their decision. Interestingly enough, almost ALL of my breast reduction patients say they would do it again. The other problem I have with implants could be even more important. It is much harder to find a breast cancer on mammogram films when the woman has implants. The implants cover the majority of the breast tissue. The look like big white balloons on the film. If there is a breast cancer under that white balloon, you will never see it. If you absolutely are decided to get implants, have them inserted behind the chest wall. It won't interfer quite as much with your mammograms that way.

I say go to Fredricks and buy a couple of nice bras. If it only matters to be more curvy in dresses than just fake it. Breast implants require maintanence and upkeep every so often. Besides the fact that there's other risks involved. When your body ages they feel and look like golf balls in a sock ( from my friend the LVN). It's better to just exersize and keep the natural you. Most of my coworkers have breast implants and I vow to be one of the have nots. Enhancement is nice, but the only way I'm getting a boob job is if they take the fat out of my bootie!

I'm built the exact same way, but really? You're paying thousands to have someone cut open your boobs and put bags of silicone or saline in them. I know how you feel, but save yourself the pain and the money. Try to feel confident about the ay you are now, and work on improving the parts that don't require drastic unnatural surgery.

I think if you already have B's or C's and want to get bigger that it is inhumane. Only because, you should be proud of your body. However, if someone has had breast cancer and had to get a breast removed [my grandma had too] then its perfectly ok. Another reason which is OK to get breast implants is if you are TINY and you are self-concious. For your situation it could go either way...if you think you'll be happier with breast implants then go for it. Don't go for it because guys want you too. Do it because YOU want too. good luck

i think if it would make you feel more comfortable with yourself then you should definitely go for it just make sure that you find a good doctor, someone that you feel comfortable with. i also have a very small chest and sometimes feel uncomfortable when i see other girls who are younger than me with more filled breasts (im 19 and my 17 year old sister has a bigger chest). i want to get implants but i think i should wait until i am a bit older, your age sounds perfect to get them

It was one of the best things I ever did for myself :) Very natural in feel and look. Just make sure you explain to your cosmetic surgeon exactly what you want and interview a few of them to find the right fit. I was 35 when I got mine..it took me that long to get my nerve up LOL but now I'm so glad that I did it and am currently planning a re-do to replace them.

aww i don't suggest doing this at all i mean not to be retarded but the health risks with breast implants are severe and they are expensive! your probably beautiful and you have made it through 30 years in life without big boobs why not go all the way ahah! i mean its so your choice but thats just an opinion i hope it helped some and good luck on your decision!
and ps trust me big boobs are not fun i have 34D and they are always in the way and there not all there cracked up to be! haha!

What really matters is your opinion.
However, I find them to be dreadfully not sexy. I'm shaped like you described, but I'm happy with my body. My mother and God gave me this, and no doctor could make it nicer.
Instead of breast implants, maybe just get a push-up bra to wear all the time?

Do it! But don't go overboard and get 46DD! A friend of mine had small breasts until she got pregnant and then -- WOW! Try to make it look like that -- a size that would be natural for you but on the lasrge side;)
