Most states let you get a workers permit at 15.
The places that are usually the easiest to get jobs at your age are neighborhood deli's, or restaurants.

Both paper delivery and lawn mowing are great ideas. But also, many amusement parks and fast food restaurants in the U.S. hire teens during the summer. Also, babysitting is an age old option esp for girls. You may also check with the local supermarkets, gas stations/mini marts, sandwich shops. As long as these places don't sell beer because you can't sell beer at 15. Oh and restaurants as well. There are really a great number of places you could look. Car wash, book store, movie theaters, etc.

If you live in Michigan, then you can work, but only if you have a worker's permit. You can get them from your school's office. The permit just tells the employer that you can't work more than a set amount of hours (at least that'a what our law is here in Michigan.

IHOP hires kids starting at the age of 14, with certain restrictions on hours of course. IHOPS seem to be everywhere, maybe there's one near you.
