For the past week and a half:

I have had fairly persistent headaches along my temples and sides of my head
The area around my nose and temples are tender, and I am some what congested, but not too too bad. Most mornings I do wake up to a mild soar throat
Pain relievers and decongestants haven't helped that much.
When I do physical activity, the headache and congestedness goes away, but I feel that there is pressure around my eyes. As soon as I stop doing physical activity, the pressure goes away, but my headache comes back, but very mild
My headache usually starts in the morning and intensifies late in the day while at work before subsiding

Anyway, I am 25 and healthy, I think. I am headed to the doctor in a couple of days, but I just wanted to see if other people have experienced this and if I should be concerned. I feel that I have sinuses along with a bad tension headache. Bad sinuses and headaches run in my family.

Also, I have felt nauseated and dizzy a couple of times, but haven't vomited or anything. My eyesite and hearing doesn't seem to have changed any, except that I hear a little ringing at night, which I have heard could be sinuses.

Sinus infection. They can last as long as 10 days. I'm on day 8. Most will subside without antibiotics, but sometimes a doctor will recommend them. Hope you're feeling better soon. I'm dealing with mine with prescription Motrin.
