My daughter used the same anti-biotic solution that used for acne. (Doctor suggested this.) It worked.

The important thing is to keep your feet clean and dry. So if your feet get sweaty, you should change your socks often. If they get really sweaty throughout the day, you could take an extra pair of clean socks with you to work or school and change them at lunch time.

There are also a lot of over-the-counter products to help with stinky feet. A good product is Gold Bond powder. You put it in your shoes and it absorbs odor and wetness. Baby powder works too.

You can also try switching your shoes every other day. If you wear the same pair of shoes every day, they can accumulate sweat and bacteria and it might be the shoes that smell bad, not just the feet. So let your shoes dry out between wearing them.

Rub vicks vapo rub on them before bed each night. Also make a point of changing your socks once they become damp. If you can wear something like crocs or sandals with good ventilation requiring no socks.
Wash your feet with some foot wash (you can find it in the foot care isle at the drug store) Don't overscrub .Then use the vicks . Trust me it smells better than foot odor. If your shoes are washable wash them and when you wash your socks add a cup of borax to the load.
Good luck

soak you feet, try using epson salt, that really works and will get rid of all the bacteria that causes the bad smell. Make sure you bathe daily, and if youare just getting back from playing a sport or wearing the same old shoes all day and have already taken a shower, just soak them. That should get rid or it. Also put some of the athletes foot spray in your shoes

My brother had this same problem and his doc said to use deodorant on clean feet with clean white socks. He hasnt had this problem since he started using the deodorant. He just buys the cheapest kind (like from the dollar store) and it works very well.
You do of course put the deodorant on the bottom of the feet!!lol

One good way to start is th change socks everyday, then if that doesn't work, Dr. Scholls has a foot spray you can purchase and use daily along with changing socks daily.

Try this:
soaking her feet in tepid iced tea. "The tannic acid in the tea will actually tan your foot a little bit, which will dry it out," he said. "That's helpful in reducing the amount of sweat, and the odor as well."

Dr. Oz recommended it on Oprah, and it sounds like it works!
