Sorry but it is a bunch of crap. None of those products have any real science behind them. There isn't really anything you can do about the visibility of a scar.

Try some merdurma cream. It works great. You can get it at target or walmart. It's about $13.00. I have been using it for my scar from my recent surgery and it's almost gone. You have to use it for several months but will see a big difference within the first month.

There are a couple good OTC meds, one that I used when I had surgery to repair a broken wrist is called ScarZone. Ask a pharmacist and they will gladly help find it.
