Cheaters always cheat. Once they get past their conscience the first time, it just gets easier and easier for them. So, if you don't mind him cheating, then go ahead and stay with him. He'll do it again, they always do.

This has to be your decision, get yourself a copy of the book "He Is Just Not That Into You". As I have said to others, it is not the be all and end all on relationships it does show us what we don't want in one.
Your boyfriend is not going to change he likes having the 'power' to go off with other girls and then come back to you saying "he really loves you". When someone loves another they do not 'need' to go out with other people to 'prove' it.
He knows you will take him back so he doesn't have to do anything other than say 'sorry', until the next time.
As I said choice is yours so make sure it is the one that will make you happy long term.
Look after you the best you can so you can be happy with you.

Normally, it's Three Strikes and you're out - but with cheating, once is FAR too much!
At this point, he'll say just about anything just so that he can still "tap 'dat azz" anytime he wants - if you're cool with that, than more power to you. Otherwise, dump his worthless cheating @ss.
Or you could always get him neutered...
