I read that it could be conjunctivitis or keratoconjuntivitis. Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, is there an easy way to get rid of it?

Well I've had conjunctivitis and it HURTS!!! It's also very sensitive. Get your dog to the vet, and stop asking unqualified people who have never even seen your dog, questions on the internet. You don't want to mess around with eyes. If there is infection, it needs professional help.

It's always best to go to the vet. But to help it a little bit I would wet a tea bag with cold water and dab it on both of your dogs eyes.

I've never had the problem with any of my pets... but I would call your vet and ask them what you should do. They know your pet and they can give you better advice than anyone or anywhere else.

Take your dog to the vet. Generally, eye drops or ointment would take care of it, but it's best if treated promptly.
