I want to know how u can flip the words so they go tup and down, not side to side as you see here.

I think you want to change the text direction. The text will have to be in a table cell or a text box. Then, select the cell or text box and click Format, click Text Direction.

The easiest thing to do is add a "Text Direction" button to your toolbar:
Tools, Customize, Format, then look for the "Text Direction" button.
