Word numbering page help!?

hi i would like to start a paper i am writing by having word automatically number my paper starting with 1 to the end of my paper. however i am trying to get it to begin on the fourth page any ideas?

ON your tool bar there should be an option called "INSERT"
once you click it, it will give you the option to add page numbers

You have to use your footers & headers edit tool
