i like this guy a lot and we talk mostly every day...not like deep convos but like hey what's up how was your baseball game how's life kinda stuff, and he has a nickname for me: my name is sophie and he called me sophage...yea don't make fun of it ;)...but does that mean that he likes me or do you think we are just friends?

Yeah it sounds like he likes you. He also sounds like he might be kind of shy so you might have to take the initiative. Maybe, during one of your conversations find a way to hint or ask him straight out what his feelings are for you. I can understand why you might be reluctant to do that but it might be the only way that you can truly find out for sure. I hope everything works out for you and chances are even if he doesn't like you the two of you guys can still be friends. Good luck.
