The B-2 bomber is a direct descendant of the "Flying Wing" that Jack Northrop designed in the 50's as a long range bomber but the program was scrapped by the government for flight characteristics and range problems--was really years ahead of it's time. . It was his dream airplane and he lived long enough to see the fruition of this dream in the B-2 which shared the same wingspan as the "Wing". All the original "Wings" were destroyed and commercial use was prohibited which is a terrible loss of valuable aeronautical history.
Both the Raptor and the B-2 are great planes and milestones in aviation history... I'm sure you'll have no problem getting info on either of them on the 'net

Do the B2. It has much more history behind it. The Northrop XB-35 and YB-49 flying wing concepts date back to the 1940s, and many design concepts of the B2 are the same as the original. Edwards Air Force base got its name from Glen Edwards, who was killed testing them. The F22 is just another fighter, albeit a high tech one. The B2 is unique in all the world and has a tremendous amount of history and controversy behind it. Check out this site.

Your question is like this :
Defence is better or Attack ?!!
-F-22 raptor is small fighter and manmanoeuvrable plane which usually arming with air to air missiles and has a good cannon for engaging aircrafts also it has few ability for arming and firing air to ground and sea weapons but it's known as a good fighter plane like as F15 Eagle with high speed and low power for fly,but B-2 Spirit is a strategic bomber which is only and only for attack to ground targets with medium and heavy bombs and AGMs with low speed and has two strong powerplant, because it can fly with about 70,000 kg weapons.
I think your question is faulty.

your question is similar to the question :
which is better... a motorbike or an 18 wheeler truck ?
i believe most people find it difficult to answer , comparing
2 objects with too far apart in difference in many categories
may be it's easier to make an analogy, B-2 is several times of F-22 in terms of many categories,,, complexity, cost, structures, aerodynamics, payload, avionics, materials,
etc you name it !!
and that's why B-2 is one of the most (if not, the most) expensive aircraft in the world !!
some say B-2's skin is pretty vulnerable too,,
imagine if the incident where F-117 was downed in Serbia/Yugoslav in 1999 ('99 is it?) if the similar incident happen to F-22 or B-2 and downed in the enemy's territory. imagine the consequences !! similar to the movie "Broken Arrow" ?

Go for the bomber for it is mysterious and looks accordingly. The F/A-22 is more flashy, and maybe less interesting to read about as there is a lot being said about it everywhere.
The B-2's shape, claimed stealth, price tag, operational results, uniqueness etc gives a good window for writing.

An Air Force fact sheet lists the price of a B-2 at $1.2 billion, but a report from the Government Accountability Office estimates that each plane can cost up to $2.2 billion.

they are both stealthy. the f-22 is a high-speed fighter, and the b-2 is a low-speed bomber. i would do the b-2 because it has a better history behind it, is the one of the most expensive planes in the world, and more that you can check out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B-2_Spirit

I would do the b-2. You should talk about it's history and how it has developed over time. The F-22 is just too popular...even though I want to fly one someday. Oh, I'm going to get the chance to go to Whiteman Air Force Base here really soon. I'm going to get to fly the simulators and everything! It's going to be pretty sweet.

A fighter is a fighter to some extent, but the B-2 is something "special" The B-2 would get my vote or even better the B-1B
