Just curious to see if we are eating like most other families, and trying to collect ideas for new suppers. We are food bored.

Aloha Honey Teriyaki Chicken


Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless, cubed chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™
Seasoned Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes or to taste
20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple tidbits with juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Honey Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Prepared white rice

Directions
Coat chicken with flour; brown in oil for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until no longer pink. Season with Garlic Garlic™, Seasoned Salt and pepper flakes. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Combine cornstarch and reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Add to skillet. Stir in Honey Teriyaki Sauce. Simmer for 30 seconds or until thickened. Add pineapple tidbits. Sprinkle with coconut; heat through. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings

In Michigan it is 89 degrees, so my family and I are having pizza , chip, soda ,and a fruit salad.
Pizza Toppings: Pepperoni, Onion, Bell Pepper, Sausage, Bacon.

I baked Venison Butterfly steaks in beef broth with onions, mushrooms, and celery salt for a few hours and put over spaghetti noodles. tasted just like beef stroganoff. Suprised me, it was actually good. I don't like venison other than the roast.

Last night we had Pizza Hut, which I don't really like, but needed something quick and the kids like it (although they hate the crust). Tonight, who knows! I need a quick idea too, lol

I just had some juicy seasoned Salmon, with seasoned Mash Potatoes, and some Spinach with cheese mixed in with it. It was soooo good!!!

tomatos in olive oil, cheese, basil, garlic cooked low in a skillet. spinach salad with scratch bisquits. topped off with strawberries and home made whipcream with a tablespoon of woodford reserve.
