mysterious medal, looks like silver wing with a red star in the middle, a hammer and clamp crosses behinde it

it looks like an antique soveit military medlal of some kind , its a pair of straight looking wings with a red star in the middle that acts like a body to connect the two wings, behind the red star it looks like the old soviet hammer and clam that crosses the star, im tring to figure out what this mysterious medal is if have any infiormation please contact me @ kbooker2001@yahoo.com
