well you know im tyring to get with this one girl that older than me like 1 or 2 years? and i wonder if i dont really have chance because of the age difference? I'm in High School. I dont know if i have chance? she is always being nice to a guy trying to holla with her so im used to it. doesnt mean she like you.

A difference of a year or two only makes a difference if you're in your early to mid-teens - by the time you reach your 20's, you won't care at all.
In High School (and earlier), it makes a difference because the other person is most likely in a different grade than you are - and thus more (im)mature. After that, you are exposed to people of many different ages.
As long as you're both happy (and have some common interests), then you can make it work...

Well I did date a younger guy before. I was 16 and he was 15 and to be honest he was actually more mature than some of the older dudes I used to be with. It was a good relationship but we had to end it because he moved out of state

It really depends. Me, personally, I'd only go about two years under my age. But, if the guy is mature enough and can respect me, does age really matter? This is something you should talk to her about. Just bring it up one day casually in conversation like, "you ever want to get with some guy who's younger than you?" If you guys are friends, you can do that.

wow...i'm filipina too....
anyways dear my bf now his 9yrs younger to me...but he act more matured than i do...his only 21yrs old and i'm 29yrs old....but i look more younger than my age..
any how we dont have any problem w/the age gap....ofcourse there's a time that we kinda argue...but were both willing to fix it without blaming each other...i think thats MORE IMPORTANT IN THE RELATIONSHIP...TO HAVE A TWO WAY STREET.....
plus also.....for my own opinion its better to date someone who's' younger to you....IT JUST MEAN THEY HAVE LESS EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST.....no emotional attach or no baggage....SO LESS PROBLEM FOR YOU ISN'T??? cuz most of the person who has bad experience in the relationship those people most likely WONT COMMIT OR EITHER HAVE RELATIONSHIP PHOBIA...THAT MIGHT CAUSES PROBLEM IN THE RELATIONSHIP

ive dated some1 who wuz a year younger than me. it wuz a really great relationship we were 2gether 4 a yaear and a half and lost connection with each other after i moved. u seem like a really sweet guy and if she doeznt want u then itz her loss.good luck

i say go 4 it. my best friend has dated 3 girls this year who r in 7th grade all though we r in 6th. never let the fear of striking out keep you from plaing the game as i once heard. good luck!! as long as u r a lady's man, sweet and nice to her thann man dont u give up!!

i was with someone younger than me, it was kinda akward cause he was shorter than me :/
i would think you would prolly have a chance
if the age diffrence is only 1 or 2 years
then i would think it wouldnt be a problem
