I’m in the process of restoring a 1972 Datson 240Z and I’m looking for a gas tank and a RB25det motor. I’m located in Atlanta and would prefer something in that geographic area. Are there any suggestions of good places with reasonable and quality parts?

The fuel tank, I was reading about it on http://www.solace.net/240Z-forsale/journal-2000-01.html This guy took his tank to a radiator repair shop to have it boiled and cleaned and have a new liner put in it. Maybe you could check at a local radiator shop. Start with the Yellow pages, it'll save you time and gas. The motor you can find online if feel like doing some typing.

I am so sorry you started so late the factory ruined your party all the 1970 to 1972 240Z restoration parts have been used up. And now all you can do is resto modern using a ATL fuel cell. That would be the way I would be thinking to go because of the turbo charged Engine upgrade. "Black dragon.com" for all the carpet and door gaskets. So want-a talk?
