Ferrous sulfate contains iron.Too much iron is taken, will result to iron toxicity. Iron is an extremely corrosive substance to the Gastrointestinal tract. It acts on the mucosal tissues and can cause bleeding and diarrhea; patients may become in over dehydrated because of fluid and blood loss. The absorption of excessive quantities of ingested iron results in systemic iron toxicity which can result in cellular death. The liver is one of the organs most affected by iron toxicity, but other organs such as the heart, kidneys, lungs, and the hematologic systems also may be impaired. Individuals demonstrate signs of Gastrointestinal tract toxicity with ingestions of more than 20 mg/kg, but less than or equal to 40 mg/kg. Moderate-to-severe intoxication occurs when ingestion of elemental iron exceeds 40 mg/kg. Ingestions exceeding 60 mg/kg may be lethal.

Generally penicillin have very low toxicity and death from penicillin is caused by anaphylaxis (allergic reaction).A toxic reaction or overdose of penicillin itself is so rare that many scientists don't actually believe this can happen. Some infections are purposefully treated with double the recommended dose of penicillin without any problems. There are few reports of toxic effects of penicillin to animals. In conclusion, yes it is possible to have an overdose of penicillin but no specifics of how much of it could overdose. Too much of anything is dangerous.

Yes they would. The effect on the muscles in the penis would wear off after a day or two. Even rigor mortis (the stiffening of a corpse after death) only lasts a couple of days max. Then the cells in the body begin to break down and basically rot. It would be very hard to do any harm with penicillin, but taking enough iron to exceed your iron binding capacity can be fatal, not to mention a miserable way to go.

Every medicine is a poison. In smaller doses, it is a medicine and at higher doses, it can kill you.

Even snake venom is a medicine in small doses.
