Well, since you didn't list your age it would be hard to say. Some drugs can cause this, but if you are still in your teens then as you mature you will lose those chubby cheeks.

I read about an exercise. Place your fingers just below the jawline. Tilt your head back, curling your bottom lip over the top lip. Turn your head and tighten your cheek muscle, squeeze your eye shut and gently slide your fingers upward over your jawline. Repeat five times for each side. You can do face exercises, read my sources. Keep in mind a chubby face could be genetics. There are also certain conditions that can cause what doctors call, "moon face". Those however, would be accompanied by other symptoms.
